ThinkingLenz operates merely as an indexing and generative-educational pipeline (an API layer over public data). Any names, syllabi, textbooks, PDFs, trademarks, or external video references logically aggregated by our algorithms are strictly owned by their respective copyright holders. We do not claim ownership, accuracy, or liability over these original external works.

2. DMCA Safe Harbor & Copyright Claims

ThinkingLenz respects intellectual property and acts as a neutral aggregator. By complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we afford ourselves absolute "Safe Harbor" protection. If a copyright holder believes an aggregated link or text snippet on this site infringes their verified rights, they must submit a formal Takedown Request. We retain the absolute right to unilaterally terminate "repeat infringer" user accounts.

3. User Representation & Indemnity

If you upload, sync, or parse any textbook, document, or prompt through ThinkinLenz's tools, you legally represent and warrant that you hold the unfettered right to do so. You agree to defend and financially indemnify ThinkingLenz, its directors, and affiliates from all claims, lawyer fees, or compensatory damages triggered by your usage of copyrighted works mapped through the platform.
