1. Platform "As-Is" Operation

ThinkingLenz provides AI-generated educational content entirely "as-is" and "as available". We explicitly disclaim all liability regarding the accuracy, infallibility, or reliability of generated Outputs. AI inherently produces generalized and sometimes inaccurate information.

2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ThinkingLenz be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental loss (including loss of educational standing, data, or reputation). Our aggregate monetary liability globally is strictly capped at $10.00 USD, or the total amount paid by You in the previous 12 months, whichever is lower.

3. Indemnification

Users must bear full responsibility for the data and context they input into the platform. You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold ThinkingLenz harmless against any legal actions, claims, copyright disputes, or related costs triggered by your Inputs or generated Outputs.

4. AI Data Training & Ownership

By engaging with the Platform's core tools, You grant ThinkingLenz a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and transferable license to log, study, and train core Machine Learning models using your interaction data. Generated assets (quizzes, mnemonics) do not carry guarantees of uniqueness.
